Hacking Luma 8.0 Language/Region Emulation?

Anyone have any idea how it works now? I had it all up and running on 7.0, and my JP DLC worked perfectly (Taiko no Tatsujin 3), now it doesn't load at all. Trying to use it on a US console.

If it was working on Luma 7, then it is likely a bug. Try the build of Luma posted by TuxSH here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/issues/524#issuecomment-306575777

That build fixed my issue with FE Fates DLCs. There is nothing to change to your locale.txt.

Got it to work by using LumaLocaleSwitcher and changing the game's region and language.
