Hacking Some CFW Questions..

I just sys transferred to my new main 3DS XL fire emblem, now after I injected everything and restored the CFW and all hunkey dory, I realized my spotpass stuff was on after the transfer, I rushed over turned it off, hopefully I am not flagged but hey no evidence shows this was the reason for banning to begin with.

1) Are people running 3DSX through HBL for EVERYTHING now, and uninstalling all CIAs? Just to not show activity?... but isnt even HBL through a CIA?.... I don't see why some are doing this
2) I injected multiple saves from Link between worlds, triforce heroes, and smash bros, to get my progress over (is this bannable). Both games came from that one app, so title keys etc should all be the same.. its just a save file?.. I don't cheat or anything

There hasn't been a conclusive answer as to what lead to the bans, so your guess would be as good as mine, just try to be careful.
With the release of Luma3DS 8.0 + Rosalina and the new Hbmenu, some people are making the switch back to 3dsx as an extra precaution, whether it helps is up to the question of course, only Nintendo would definitely know (or not know lol).
