Because
1. The android is not rooted.
2. This android does not have /dev/uinput (although rooted).
I fixed it by setting SELinux to permissive.

I am running today's nightly of CyanogenMod 14.1 for the Motorola Moto G 2014, which is Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

is this app good for controlling a game like the elder scrolls V skyrim or saints row IV?? is there any input lag??
I was running a N64 emulator on my Samsung galaxy core prime, and there seemed to be no input lag, it was as smooth as butter. Ive never got to try on the computer because the links to the files are dead. I also don't own any of those two games if you would've liked me to try them out for you. Although it would be pretty fun to play those games using a 3DS

Ok I have my phone and I have my 3ds and I have a edp joy cia and I have a app on my phone what the heck do I need to do now

This works very well! One thing is that for some reason I cant check the Joystick option on the android app, anybody have any idea why that is? Also I made sure that the circle pad was on when connected.
Edit:NVM looks like I need root

please help me! i have no idea of how to use it on windows!
in android is easy but in windows is very hard for me

Hey stupid question but do I need wifi on my 3ds to use it on windows

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

or do i have to have a phone

When I try to connect it says its connecting but the 3ds freezes

For cirle pad the up and down are inverted so up is down and down is up

Is this app still in development? I still use it frequently because my 3ds is the only controller I'm able to use for my phone. I still can't get touch screen inputs to work, or the circle pad. And yes my phone is rooted.
