Hacking Download-play doesn't work on my Ace3ds Plus

I have a rather annoying problem with my Ace3ds plus, it can't do download-play.
The game shows up on the other system, but it when you try to connect, it just errors out.
All games were legitimately purchased and dumped using GodMode9 on a hacked 3DS. All ROMs are also trimmed.

Did you try both DS the other way around or another DS?

Most likely the issue, try the roms without trimming them
