Hacking Problem updating to Boot9strap from A9LH

My N3DS is currently on 11.4/Luma 7.0.5 and I'm trying to update my A9LH install to the newer Boot9strap (Sighax) but the installer keeps showing "Sighaxed FIRM - .sha file not found" during the install.

Everything seems to be correct from the 3ds.guide in terms of files in the correct order.

You forgot to put the .sha file into the boot9strap folder

Make sure you actually do have *all* the .sha files alongside their respective files. Even the ones the guide doesn't say you need.

SafeB9SInstaller automatically uninstall A9LH

Just goto updating to boot9strap in the guide. It's very easy to do, I just had a minor brain fart and didn't copy the .sha over.

Looks like your boot9strap.firm is corrupted. Try redownloading it

Copy the boot9strap.sha file to the boot9strap folder that has the boot9strap.firm and it will work. Simple mistake I didn't do.

Short answer: No, you don't have to reinstall
Long answer: Boot9Strap doesn't particularly touch an already-modded SysNAND as far as I can tell

Faster boot, and the ability to (in the future) load a full custom firmware. Also lots of other random stuff, like it being unpatchable ever.
