Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been announced for japan with an october release date. 4th (final paid?) DLC comes out in June. No word on a release for the rest of the world and what is included.

Bandai won't even include DLC on the Switch version? Well, not going to bother getting it.

Hope it launches not too long after Japan here, really glad to see Xenoverse 2 is coming out so soon.
Portable DBZ fighting sounds great.

My god, Dragon Ball games are starting to look like fanfiction shit all over the place.
I miss the good old days of the Budokai and Tenkaichi series, when there weren't characters that no one gives a fuck about xD

Eh, the Tenkaichi series wasn't that good either, except for T2 and T3 (it was mostly clones but fun and loads of content).

It's a shame that Bandai never made a sequel for Burst Limit or Attack of the Saiyans.

The big thing about the Switch version seems to be motion controls but for that I already had my dose with Dragon Ball Z For Kinect, I for one actually liked that game so nothing new per say.

Am I to really assume the Switch port will include the DLC packs 1-3 and then I'd have to buy DLC pack 4? Bandai...

So based on the information in your link, the switch version, either comes with DLCs or all the base game characters unlocked from the start. Also includes the story scrolls from thr first Xenoverse game. So you can play both games stories with a X2 character. That's nice.
