been awhile since I was in here, hows staying on topic going?
Pretty good. Although imo the same kind of information keeps getting repeated over and over again. For example, specifics on the arm9 bootrom and getting the signature. And maybe if I am not wrong, a few heated discussions about some advanced stuff like the OTP in regards on how it affects per console's bootrom, etc.

I get a bit annoyed with this kind of repition personally, so please don't take it as an offense please to everyone who reads my reply...

I think it's only getting repeated because there's some new people checking out the thread who are curious about sighax, and also because people aren't skimming the op/backlogs.

And don't worry about offending people saying that you don't like repetition, I'm pretty sick of it as well, and I'm pretty sure most other people are too.

Actually, I read the whole thread to keep myself informed but some things are still unclear for total noobs. Never mind anyway, I am not offended at all! I appreciate all the kind and repeating / patient answers, thanks to y'all! :)

Okay. Good. :) Glad you're not offended.

Hey, I have a request if anybody is up for it. Can somebody who stays for most of the stream start writing tldrs in this thread? I haven't been able to watch lately due to work and school ramping up, which stinks, especially because I don't have time to watch the vods either.
I would do it myself, but they always end up streaming when I am working or just busy.
So I also wouldn't mind a TL: DR

I already wrote a TL: DR a few pages back. It'was about the New 2DS XL.

I would also appreciate a tl;dr since she streams when most people in Europe sleep.

I watched or rather said fast forwarded the two videos before the most recent video after they had been uploaded and if I find the time to do so for future updates, I can imagine partially doing that job. In my opinion, this would lead to an interesting discussion if people who watched it could complement each other (when fast forwarding / jumping a bit, you might miss a thing or two. Plus, I am not very deep into hacking / programming!).

Gosh I hope so. But also, the skeptic in me is not convinced. You never know when something unexpectedly awful will happen.
Like wire not soldered onto a clip.
