i updated my 3ds firmware now my 3ds is not booting anymore.
PS.: I was using a9hl cfw

You need to update luma, also make sure that arm9loaderhax.bin is on your SD card

Not really, but it's as easy is copying the newest luma arm9loaderhax.bin to the SD card
