Also, to asnwer you question: nobody knows any release date of anything, even the possibility of those things to exist is in doubt.

Some clarification is necessary. You mean installing CFW where the starting point is 11.4 OFW, because if you're already on CFW, you're safe on 11.4. If the 11.3 to 11.4 transition says anything, I bet there's already a hax entrypoint, and an exploit to open up the door for downgrading, but it's kept private until either another update comes or N2DS XL is confirmed to ship in 11.4 firmware.

What even? English is my first language, I'm just wondering what do you mean you have it? Do you have an exploit that lets you go from 11.4 OFW to 11.4 CFW? Do you have a 3DS on 11.4 with CFW? Or what?

Dude, OP obviously want to know if it is possible to install CFW on 11.4 OFFICIAL FW.
Otherwise he would have asked "Can I update my 3DS to 11.4 having a CFW?"
