Hacking buying a switch firmware version?

What do switches come with for firmware now or even a month ago? They aren't all fully updated are they? Should it be firmware 2.0.0?

Why would you pay more than the retail price? Its not like Switch's are impossible to find out there.

Well retail is $299 plus tax, so $318. and I can't find any anywhere right now. I just called 14 stores within 60 min drive. So...... paying $22 extra doesn't sound horrible

I mean realistically, he only makes a $22 profit, its not that big of a deal..... and as long as its not damaged or used and he has receipt for warranty purposes, I assume that's all I need for the future?

No, they are still on 1.0.0 anywhere in stores this year of 2017. You should be fine. We will buy one this fall so.. No worries.

Either pay the extra (that isnt much)
But i see on facebook alot of people buying switches and posting that tjere was 3 to 5 left.
This happens a few times a day so might just be your area. But all should be on fw1

You think that scalping is bad, over here in the U.K CeX (a pre owned trade in store) are selling pre owned Switch for £320. That's £50 more than new at retail.
