The police is not gonna knock down you door and tell you to stop. Don't worry, you'll be fine. If you're really scared, why did you do it in the first place?

Do i have to pay maybe something or will it be fine? I have it on my System, maybe Nintendo spies me out... sorry for my english :P thx btw

Did realize it too late. And dont want to let my parents rage :)
At 49, you probably should be more concerned about your parents age than their rage. You should be able to outrun them.

Your PC makes no attempt to hide that fact that it's a PC and not a Wii U, so Nintendo could easily determine that the IP address you had at that time was used to download the software. However, they don't seem to bother to look.

The program itself is completely legal and as far as I can tell doesn't contain any of Nintendo's own code.
How you use it is a completely different story, but Nintendo will never go after you. No body cares about the leechers, they only want the seeders.

Well, he IS from Germany, they have strict anti-piracy laws.
@OP unless you get a fine from your ISP you should be ok... hopefully.

imo all ISP knows is that you're downloading from Nintendo Servers.
So no fine for you unless Germany soldiers will nuke you or something for downloading a Nintendo game.

We do have strict laws but they really only affect torrent users (or uploaders in general). Downloading from One Click Hosters or using something like Wii U Download Helper is still illegal, but not persecuted.
Generally, if you stick to downloading and don't upload anything yourself it's all fine.

How do the ISPs scan for illegal content being uploaded?? Torrents can be used for stuff that is fanmade, free. Also how does that affect game launchers that allow P2P??? (genuinely curious)
