Yeah I need it back to no CFW cause they check these things
Oh well then you could launch safea9lhinstaller and use the uninstall option.

Or you could sell it like I recommended. On ebay or something like that in the UK. In my area I sometimes see hacked and old consoles going for more than 250€ over the table.

Question: do I need a nand backup of before I installed a9lh to safea9lhinstaller uninstall Cause I only have a very recent backup? Or don't I need a nand backup anyway?

You can uninstall a9lh

if you choose the uninstall option in safea9lhinstaller

or if you restore a backup without a9lh installed.

I never did that and I don't know if you need the otp. I think you can do that even on 11.*.

before i use safea9lhinstaller I am updating the files to latest which I downloaded from the GitHub

theres 3ds file which I put in the 3ds file on sd card

arm9loaderhax.bin (do I need to replace mine already on sdcard with this?)

arm9.bin, arm11.bin and safea9lhinstaller.dat which I don't have. do I need these? and do they go on root of sd card?

I believe arm9loaderhax.bin is safea9lhinstaller. put it in the payloads folder of luma.

I am soo confused right now, sorry guys I'm a pain

when I had menuhax I had the original system nand and a luma emunand, I could tell the difference between the both.

ages ago I installed AL9H and what automatically boots in system settings is sys 11.4.0-37E but when I hold R on booting up the 3ds when I go into setting it says emuS 11.0.0-33E. have I been using my sysnand and not my emunand all this time? and I am trying to load safeal9hinstaller, should I be loading it through the sys or emuS? if that makes sense. AL9H has confused me it was sooo much easier for me using menuhax knowledge wise.

Honestly, Sell it hacked.
You get more money that way.

I would sell it. A hacked console is worth more than a normal one.
Please don't encourage up-selling with free software.

You can actually remove A9LH, but running SafeA9LHInstaller to remove it. From there you can just delete the Luma3DS files.

SafeA9LHInstaller can also remove A9LH safely. Are you running it as a payload or did you replace the "arm9loaderhax.bin" with it?

root of sd card has

arm9loaderhax.bin
arm9loaderhax.bin.bak (these are old)
SafeA9LHInstaller.dat (I just put that there)

my luma/payloads Folder just has start_haourglass9.bin in there.

lots of other stuff on my sd card but don't think anything relavent

SafeA9LHInstaller can also remove A9LH safely. Are you running it as a payload or did you replace the "arm9loaderhax.bin" with it?

That's your problem. Rename the arm9loaderhax.bin from the SafeA9LHInstaller folder to anything, let's go with SafeA9LHInstaller.bin. Then copy that file to "/luma/payloads"
From there if you are running the latest Luma3DS, just hold "start" while booting the system to boot into payload menu and select the SafeA9LHInstaller.bin

run it as a payload. place it in the payloads folder and rename it say y_safeinstaller . then, press and hold y as the console boots up to get into it. if ur running luma 7.0, just hold start instead and select the safe installer from the menu.

edit: ninja'd. :P

waaah thank you but now I ran into another problem before I proceed. I pressed start to uninstall A9LH and a red message came up

"you are about to uninstall A9LH! doing ths will require having 9.0 to reinstall"
in both my system setting I have sys 11.4.0-37E and emuS 11.0.0-33E

EDIT I pressedthe combination to start it anyway and I got in red

ERROR: a firm equal or newer than 11.0 has been detected

I forgot about this step. My apologies, I've never removed A9LH before.
Follow this part of the guide to getting your system on 9.2 (works the same as 9.0)
https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer
Then you should be able to run it again and remove A9LH.
I forgot she put a failsafe her installer that prevents the system from loosing A9LH and being stuck on an unhackable OFW.
