Hacking Need Help with 11.2 CFW

My cousin accidentally updated my 3ds to the latest version of 11.4 and some of my hb apps didn't work, thank god i backed up my nand.bin but when i restored to it. The cias i downloaded were not there. it is still on my sd card because my sd card has only 51.7mb of storage. Only a portion of the cias i downloaded were there, my games like Zelda and Pokemon didn't show up. i really need help!

With restoring your backup you did lose all your tickets which you had after creating that backup, tickets are literally tickets which tell the console/eshop to make the title appear in your homemenu, so go to titledb and grap two Applications: tikshop then run it it will install any ticket, the tiksweep it will remove unused tickets and lieve you like you had it before restoring your nand (which still was unnessessary to do so!)

Again, only reasons to not update: NTR Streaming, if you're using a N3DSXL. Also if you are using Gateway and booting it through your system menu, it will not work on 11.3 and 11.4. Other than that, you're good to go. After all, if you ever want to go back, you can just restore your nand.bin again.

got that working, but i cant access hblauncher anymore. it says that there is a problem.

O3DS/N3DS? Got the latest boot.3dsx on root? Tried holding down X on boot? Got the latest otherapp.bin for your FW and Region on the root?

I suggest updating your LumaCFW then proceeding to update your 3DS unless you want gateway/streaming, which I kind of figured is unlikely

Ive updated LUMA but i dont know if i did it properly

Do you have an O3Ds or N3Ds (it matters for HBL)
If N3DS, it should auto update when booting
If O3DS you have to download the 11.2 or 11.3 payload and rename it to the correct name (don't know out of my head) and place it in the correct folder on your SD

so if im wrong, im going to have to go to the 3ds homebrew launcher homepage and download the newest ropbin. if this is right, what version do i download, if im wrong please link me the place.
