I have been trying to find the garc file that holds npc overworld models, so I can swap Hau and Cynthia. Any help would be appreciated. Garc file name (a/?/?/?), .bin file numbers of models, or garc file with the models swapped would all be welcome.

There is no way to do what you want right now. There is a pastebin with the garc info, but even if you get to them the most you can do is edit the textures.

Couldn't I export Cynthia's model and texture with ohana3ds (not rebirth) and import it over Hau's?
