Hi there. I copied and pasted the Nintendo 3DS folder to my PC. But, I can't find a Windows PC program to dump the encrypted 3DS games to CXI, which are used to be emulated on Citra. All reccomendations I got is that I need a 3DS. I need to Update my 3DS to keep collecting original digital games, digital demos and DLC's to load them on Citra without buying the games next time I buy a 3DS. Can you suggest a video or a program to dump 3DS encripted games through PC, please?

I don't think its possible at the moment, you could always borrow a hacked 3ds off someone else, but who knows

No, you can't. You must have 3DS to do that. No exceptions whatsoever. I asked before. :(

Is something stopping me to decrypt my games from PC?

Dang, I can't dump from PC then... neither convert.

I shouldn't update my console.... but.... I bought the newest Yo-kai 2 games last week... I regret to do it.

Can a Bootrom be turned on when I try to convert the game from PC.

What you're asking makes no sense. The bootroms are part of the 3DS CPUs and aren't something you can "turn on" directly. They contain secret information that tell the 3DS how it can decrypt games, and we don't have that information yet. The bootroms cannot be removed or used externally.

So there is one thing I want to ask.

I have two SDHC cards linked to my 3DS. Can I delete my games from one of my three SDHC cards to install again in a new one? Can't I just move the games externally from PC as backed up, not dumped into my SDHC from 3DS?

No. You'll need to follow the guide I posted earlier.

I can wait until a new homebrew launcher comes out to 1.4 and use decrypt9 to dump my games.

Which sections in the decrypt9 menu can I dump Virtual Console, DSi Ware and Demos?

There was a time where we were able to bypass the school's network using a VPN that wasn't blocked on the radar. Can't exactly remember the name, but I was able to watch YouTube.

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
