I have followed 3ds.guide exactly and now have A9LH+Luma. I installed CHMM2 with the QR code in FBI. However, when I launched it, it said I needed dspfirm.cdc and in the thread's FAQ it said I could get it with DSP Firmware Dumper or something like that, but I have no idea what that is or how to use it! Help would be appreciated. Please consider I'm a noob at this sort of thing.

Did you create home menu exdata? Go and switch themes, it'll make some theme management exdata on your sd. You should be fine after that.

You don't really need it,it's just to preview the music.

There is homebrew app to extract the DSP file from the same developer website.

So how exactly do you use DSP Firmware Dumper?

You launch it with Homebrew Launcher. But I'm not sure if HBL works on 11.4 if you're on that.

As stated before, you do not need the DSP file. It is for previewing the music. Once you apply a theme you will hear it in your main menu. It's a very small inconvenience at best.
