Hacking Problem with R4i Max

Its my very first post here, and im sorry if i do something wrong, or this threat is not relevant, but i have a problem with my R4i, and i didnt look how to fix.

Pd: My eng isnt very good, so probably its quite hard to understand me, and i apologize for that.

My problem is that i bought and R4i Max cause a friend of mine told me that it works on her 3DS, (I have A9L as CFW, luma and all the stuff u should install when u use soundhax) But when i try to start it my 3DS turn off, and i dont know how to do to make it work.

Should be nice if someone can help me with this cause im lost at this point. And again sorry for my bad english, im trying to improve it as much as i can ^^

EDIT: I see on the website that this card is compatible with 11.1.0-34 max, maybe it's the problem.

Ds mode is currently broken with 11.4 cfw, wait for a Luma update.

No when i use TWL Slot - 1 or whatever The 3ds turn off :/
