I want to switch from the sky3ds+ to cfw. Can i use my sav files from the sky3ds again for the cia files? so the savegame won't be lost.

Yes, you can back them up with JKSM then restore them to the CIA version.

if you're on 11.3 you can't use cfw. 11.2 and lower, follow 3ds.guide
