Ok, so I actually have 150,000+ blocks of memory left, using freeshop to get old dsiware games, says I don't have enough space for anymore. But yet I just got a normal eshop game that is much bigger than what I was going to get in dsiware. I don't understand what is going on are dsiware games stored differently or something?

DSiWare are stored in nand, not the sd. The free blocks are how many blocks you have on the sd card, not nand.
NAND can only hold a few dsiware games. And no you can't install dsiware to sd.

Lol yeah I know, just thought since they were so small it didn't matter, oh well thanks guys. Btw so normal eshop games and 3ds cias, are stored on the sd card though I take it then

Actually uh I have like almost 15 dsiware games... so that is probably my problem

You can have up to 40 on NAND, but that includes redirectors, flash cart launchers, etc. They also have to be small to get that many on there.
