ROM Hack Editing bit flags in Pokemon White 2?

First I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Okay I'm trying to get Tornadus again VIA the Dream Radar and it told me I couldn't receive it again So I was wondering if I can even edit the event flags so I could receive it again since I know that's a thing you can do with Gen 6 and 7

what are you exactly trying to do and where the error happens?
i didn't understand if that error happens when you put the pokemon white 2 cartridge on pokeradar (and try to catch tornadus again)
or does it happen when you try to send the tornadus to the cartridge?

i am help you trying to figure out some stuff, but keep in mind, i don't know how to edit a save or to toggle that flag..

what is your goal? to get many tornadus's to the next gens/bank? if so then I think you can transfer the tornadus and reset the game and get more of him...

He wants to change the bitflag in his save file that designates the save as having received Tornadus. What the byte is I don't know (Though I would love to know where some of the other legendary bitflags are).

Yeah that I tried searching for the bitflag for just transfering over the Tornadus but there so many little changes after saving even comparing the same exact same file pre Tornadus and after Tornadus so I just gave up.

To answer the question about the other AyanamiRei account that isn't me it's a different person and it just tells me that I cannot send the Tornadus to the currently inserted Pokemon White 2 Game Card

I have managed to find the flag for Tornadus it's located at

EDIT: Never mind when you transfer anything from the Dream Radar and then you go into White 2 in my case It will tell me that the dream radar data is corrupted and then the game formats the data ending in me losing the Pokemon I've transferred for good unless you don't have save backups like I do.
