ROM Hack How to run NTR stream fullscreen?

I am using now NTRViewer.exe -l 1 -t 2.00 -b 2.00
And its working but any larger then this and the bottom screen will be outside my computer screen.

Is there a good way to make it fullscreen so i can see it all. Stretch would be best.!

Ps im getting horrible fps.. like 0.12 to 3 fps... what did i do wrong?

Wow did not know this existed thanks! how do i change window size in this app or more prferably go fullscreen/ stretch mode?

I checked the setting but there is no such option my friend.

Btw the game was constantly freezing on the stream screen then i turned off the option " up to 450 MBPS" in my wifi router.
And now the game seems to be constant. Untill the moment Fps totally takes a dive to 3-5 fps..
It is around 25-35 FPS most of the time though... is this normal? (streaming yugioh Saikyo card battle)

Tried changing quality to 33% (not sure if that matters) but it seems it will always stream 70-100% according to NTR LOG.

Still seems to freeze. restarting NTR viewer does seem to help.
