Hacking New firmware update?

So yesterday, I booted up my o3DS to play some Mario Kart, and something caught me off guard. It was a message saying there was a system update. The weird thing is, I had updated my 3DS to 11.3 not too long ago. I'm running A9LH+Luma. Is there actually a new update or is this some strange bug?

No, I didn't (at least, not knowingly) I mostly just use my 3DS to play Mario Kart now...

The latest system update is still 11.3. Go ahead and update since you have A9LH. And make sure that MK7 isn't asking for an update.

Like I said, I was already on 11.3...

It doesn't matter. That message only popups on the latest firmware if a system title was deleted and if there is no new update. Just update. :/
