Homebrew Can I do a system transfer without updating to 11.3?

I have 2 N3DS's, they are both on 11.2 and one of them has CFW. I want to do a system transfer from the CFW 3DS to the non-CFW 3DS. I also want to have CFW on both 3DS's after the system transfer, however it seems like I need to stay on 11.2 on both 3DS's to do this. Is there a way I can do a system transfer between both 3DS's without updating to 11.3? Thanks!

You can do it with ctr-httpwn.

Why not install A9LH and CFW to the other 3DS, update them both to 11.3, and then do the system transfer?

Honestly, just do as @Lacius said. Install a9lh on both, install CFW, update to 11.3, then perform the system transfer.

You're going to hack the non-CFW new3DS anyway, do it before the system transfer instead of after.
