Any cool custom folder images/icons out there? Been using these from a user on Reddit. Anyone know of some other cool sets?

I created a set of custom folders for anyone to use https://gbatemp.net/attachments/orange-folders-with-custom-chars-zip.79361/ Enjoy!

Only slightly Hackchi2 related, but does anyone know how to back out of 'punching' mode in Goonies II, in the Adventure screen rooms?

Select I believe... It has been a while!

Anyone know the best place to download retroArch for NES classic. Mine does not even have an init file in the mods\mod_transfer\hakchi directory. I think I might be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Hakchi v2.13d currently.

Does anyone have a NES game compatability list or chart? It seems as if the original one on google charts has been defaced. I want to check to see if the NES game The Last Starfighter works for anyone. I've tried 2 different roms but both black screen after the title intro.

I have tried many times to get Last Starfighter and was finally successful using the Nestopia core. It loads up everytime now. Forgot how hard that game really is! Good luck!

Official release would seem best to me. Although, it is missing a lot of the cores from pcm720's repo release. Either should be okay.

I uploaded about 800 roms in custom folders divided by the initial (A B C D etc.).

I noticed that, as before (with version 2.11 and automatic folders), if I browse too many folders or too boot many games (in one session), the system crashes and if I try to shut down appears C8 ERROR and the next power returns to the INITIAL SETTINGS.

It just happens to me?

This may happen on occasion, but should only happen once. If you don't add anymore games or reflash it, it should be fine after one C2 error.

It restores everything with C2 ERROR.

is the usual RAM LIMIT of system?
It restored the orig 30 games and removed your 800? It should have just reset the language and display settings. But saved states and roms should still be intact...
The RAM LIMIT is a question I think many would like answered... but the trick is to limit only 30-35 per folder.

Thanks Cluster for the 2.13 E fix.. don't get the red light problem anymore... just like to share a few findings.. First I noticed the progress bar didn't reach the end when I was done. (It said done and worked find tho) Also I only added four n64 games to test out... and they all had issues with playing them.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron = Black Screen
Star Wars Shadow of the Empire = Screen constant flashing.
Mario Kart = Couldn't control the vehicle game (even with wii classic controller)
Super Mario 64 = Couldn't control Mario (even with wii classic controller)

Its not big deal if these games ever work...the fun is in the testing. Also if Atari, Coleco and PSX 1 games can ever be added in future updates that would be great.

Thanks Again

Before I do alot of trial and error, how big can the music.wav be in the music_hack.hmod?

My previous 39 mb 'music.wav' didn't work (pac-man fever).

I chopped the file up, and 1.39mb worked. (encoded it using audacity, and chose 8-bit aiff pcm (then renamed it back to wav).

Edit: 19.5 mb music.wav (8-bit pcm) didn't complain at me.

Now I have music to go along with my little 'pac-man pack'. :)

Remain all 800 roms. Restore only the language.

The same but it all works (2.13D)

How do I change the order of the folders? I want it to go NES, SMS, Genesis, and SNES. But I can't figure out how to move them. I want them displayed on the mini a certain way.

I got this error too, with 750 or so roms. Seems to be very hard to reproduce though so i dont think its a huge problem.
