Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island fix

use core catsfc works better for FX games
Fantastic, thanks for helping.

There isn't a listing for catsfc_libreto.ao when I go into the Load Core menu, does somebody have create one specifically for this or can I use the general catsfc libretto? If so, can you please show me where I can download that? I have searched but nothing with that name turns up.

Anyone found a nice set of alphabet icons to put on the mini?
Something Nintendo relatet would be nice.

So, what if I'll move every core that currently comes with the mod (except FCEUmm and Nestopia, of course) into its own module, one per core?
They'll have their own /bin/* shortcut, their own info file and easy installation and removal.

What do you think about that?

Okay, so here it is:
https://github.com/pcm720/retroarch-clover/releases/tag/0.2_mod

You must remove previous RetroArch modules before using this release.

Unpack additional cores from cores.zip
Install retroarch_mod.hmod, then install the cores you want. (put the .hmod files in user_mods, install via Hakchi2 as usual).

Please note that if you want to install multiple cores that emulate the same console (e. g. GLupeN64 and Mupen64Plus), the latest core (in order of installation) will be used to launch games from NES' GUI. So, installation order matters.

Well, looks like I'm the only one that can't play a SNES game for more than one minute...

Always crashing, coming back to home menu etc...

Help.

OH YEAH!!

I was just update to 0.1.3.5 very slow and carefully....

and when I realized there is 0.2!!

Thank you very much, I am gonna try it!

So some things I have noticed in SNES games:

- The screen is not formatted properly. It appears to be stretched too far. Sprites in Super SF2 for example are both too thin and too tall. Also, in TMNT IV, the top of the HUD is off screen. Not a big deal, but it is noticeable.
- There seems to be a weird effect going on when the screen scrolls. It creates a dark shimmering effect (not really sure how to describe it). It is really noticeable on darker scenes like the intro part of level 1 in Castlevania 4, level 1 of Super Ghouls n' Ghosts, or even in the dungeon rescue during the prologue of Zelda 3. The Wii U VC has a slight blurring effect instead of this dark shimmering. Anyone else notice this? Is there a way to disable?
- I have heard some weird crackling sounds in games, noticeably when text scrolls. I have noticed it when playing Zelda III and a translated rom of Seiken Densetsu III. It was really noticeable and frequent in SD III.

Is this normal?

Thanks!

I've installed the retroarch_mod module but how do I install the different cores after doing that?

Does anyone knows some best settings for gba roms? I'm triyng to load Mother 3 but it doesn't work!
Maybe I have to change default core?
