Hello, I have a little question, in 11.2 before the ctrtransfer : Can I do it with an nnid linked ? I need to format the console before ? (My n3ds is hack, it's just questions ^^')

if you do everything the guide says you shouldnt need to format and your console will have everything it had before you started.

Okay, I request it because before, when we needed to downgrade in 9.2 with sys updater/downgrader, If we had an NNID linked, after the downgrade, the console gave an error (and then go to system recuperation update ^^')
