Homebrew How Do I Dump A DLC Update?

Kinda what the title says. I want to dump the new Dragonball Fusions update into a .cia file and store it in case something happens. I'm using Luma3DS now.

Thanks, also just one more question. How do I generate an encTitleKey?

I've never seen FreeShop actually download and save the .cia, only install directly from online like the standard Shop does. You may want to use CIAngel for actually downloading the .cia instead.

I don't need the game. I just need the update. Though I would like to know how to dump games since I used to do it via the Gateway method but with Luma I don't know if I can anymore.

If you mean from cart, then you should be able to use Hourglass9.

I feel like I'm not being clear and I deeply apologize if so.

I just want to download the update off the eshop and convert the update to a .cia file so safekeeping. That's all.

Then you want to install CIAngel. Search for the update, and use L to change modes to "Create CIA", and then download it. It will be a CTR-U-XXXX serial.

Sorry for being the late reply, you can get encTitleKeys.bin by googling (might be against the rules to mention the site here, sorry).
Make sure you get encTitleKeys.bin, not decTitleKeys.bin.
