ROM Hack Requesting: StreetPass Mii Plaza Editor

I know I must be incredibly late with this, but I see mentions about not being able to edit things like this with a save manager. Aren't things, like for example your progress in a mii plaza game, saved as ExtData? And if so is it not possible to edit that ExtData by using JKSV to move it to your computer?

Its just today I transferred mii plaza ExtData from one 3ds to another and everything was the same, from how many troops I had on Warriors Way to what floor I was on in Monster Manor.

I have a 11.0 3DS with Homebrew. But I don't want to pay for a Hardmode kit, it's too expensive.

Just install Arm9loaderhax as long as youre still on 11.2
