Hardware Best flashcard for playing DS Games?

So I wanted to back up some games on my SD Card using TWLoader but I have had almost little to no sucess being able to run anything.

So I was wondering by chance if a flashcard for a 3DS will work better for just playing DS games (backed up and stored on the flashcard.) What would be the best flashcard to use?

Also sorry for some improper grammar I have been really overwhelmed with work at my school & fatigued due to late work

Alright sweet,
By chance should I have to worry about bans if a have a bad header? (Or rom?) I just heard that you could be banned if some files on the cartridge didn't match or something, but I have no clue how that works.

Thats for 3DS roms, DS doesn't have that issue
