Hey, I don't know why, but this is the text I got when I try to launch my Homebrew launcher on latest hourly Luma CFW + a9lh and the latest firmware, everything works perfect, and yes it works perfect after the update but now, and I don't know why it doesn't. :0

Can anyone help me ?

If it's the 11.3 update it's currently broken for the time being until a payload is released. Revert back to 11.2 if you have a nand backup if the HBL is so vital.

Ok thanks, no problem, no I need to be on the latest version so I don't have problems with it.

It works all well, I just was wondered, and CHHM doesn't work for me as CIA version on 11.3 don't know why, that's why I tried to open HBL

Can I ask what apps need to be opened with HBL if you're on 11.3? Will Freeshop and FBI not work anymore in 11.3?

FBI and freeShop will yes

For the current time just wait till its updated c:

Update your luma downloading it from the LumaUpdater app then update to 11.3 but its not currently needed if you don't want to update.
His thanks for the reply. Just one last question I don't have to do this anymore after updating my Luma?

Next, open FBI
Select the SD option, and scroll down until you see "arm9loaderhax.bin" (make sure you don't select the backup which should have a ".bak" extension instead) and press A
Next, select the "Copy" option.
Press B to return to the main menu, then select the CTR NAND option.
It will ask if you are sure about modifying files in the CTR NAND, just say yes to that.
Next, select the "<current directory>" option, and select "Paste" afterwards.
You should now have Luma3DS on your NAND. To test this, try turning your 3DS on without the SD card inside
