Hacking 11.3 help

Hi I recently followed https://3ds.guide/ to hack my new 3ds xl a day before the 11.3 update rolled out. I used Freeshop to install some games, but they needed to be updated and in order to update the game it says i need the newest firmware, but i dont want to upadate to 11.3 because it breaks my homebrew. So what should I do?

how do I update it through Freeshop?

go to your installed games in freeshop, click on the game you're interested in updating - and there should be icons for dlc, updates, and deletion.

open freeshop click the controller icon select the game you want to update (it will have a ! if there is an update and ! if dlc)
