Tekken 7's cover looks mighty impressive and damn good looking. Also, it reminds me of another game cover or so but I can't remember.

By the way, is the Switch too underpowered to handle Tekken 7?

Yeah, people should get use to.
Tekken Tag 2 was on the WiiU, though. It's strange that they can't downgrade it a tad to get it running on the Switch.

The Switch isn't even out yet and it's already bad news.

Tell that to the promotional picture too!
Bandai Namco is known to make typos. I'm sure Dragon Ball fans remember how Bandai spelled Broli on Raging Blast's Limited Edition.

If I remember correctly, it was "Browly". :rofl2:

IIRC, Tekken 7 uses Unreal Engine. So I believe Tekken 7 will come to Switch!

Mortal Kombat X uses that too, so in terms of graphical capability, MKX can be ported to Switch? Playing that game made me realize how much I love fighting games, thinking back to the Smash series and Street Fighter 2. That being said, I never played Tekken games, it seemed like a non-Nintendo franchise, inasmuch that I haven't spotted games for Nintendo consoles. Now having a PS4, I am pretty interested in getting this.

These days though it is very rare for anyone to genuinely care about playing fighting games or combat like games and maybe even take them somewhat seriously on a nintendo system that isn't super smash bros.
It's not like how back in the older era of games where snes was one of the best systems for fighting games. Nowadays there are better options for playing fighting games.

I mean, if MK9 and Injustice were ported to the Vita, it shows that anything can be ported and downgraded if the publisher sees money on it.

Now, Bandai Namco ported TTT2 to the WiiU, which was a bold move for an already old game, and on a Nintendo Platform... So I guess maybe, just maaaaaybe we may be able to see a Switch port. Theoretically speaking, there is quite a lot of support when it comes to porting Unreal to other, more mobile platforms, like the Switch.

Well, there is always a possibility.
But imagine Tekken on Switch. Have 2 consoles? Go adhoc. Only 1 console? Split the joycon. I know it's not comfortable, but hey, I'll take it anytime!

I can't remember much about Tekken X Street Fighter but if it's still a thing, I'd like to see it on the Switch along with the new Tekken 7 and a Dead or Alive 6 (if they released "Dead or Alive 2: Remastered" it'd be even better, imo, 'cause it's the best DoA!).

Only 1 console? Split the joycon.
There's also the Pro Controller but it costs a lot aaaand, it wouldn't be really fair at all to have one player with the Joy-Cons and another with the Pro Controller. Simplistic X Traditional, basically.

I'm pretty sure Sony had to persuade them to port it to the Vita. Only played Street Fighter X Tekken as those servers are still up :v

Nowadays every major console game is getting a PC release it seems. Sometimes I wonder if I should just get a PC release and enjoy it with better graphics and performance. But then I would cheat on my PS4. First world dilemma..
