ROM Hack [NTR Cheats Plugin] Ported from Gateshark

I have a new 3ds xl with sys 11.2.0-35 E. I put the ntr selector and the cheats dragon quest 8 but I give it to y e x and I get the menu but I give it to select and I do not get anything what is my error?

not important, It can be activated or not. You can't play online when NTR is activated...

Sorry if it's off topic, but does anyone know if there are cheats at all for the European version of Shin Megami Tensei IV? The save editor only works for the USA version, so i'm out of options.
EDIT: Doh, search function here is poor, found an editor that works. That will suffice for now. Thanks anyway.

I cope ntr.bin and ntr3.2.cia into root folder of the card and after that open FBI and run ntr3.2 cia file . then open the ntr software it said like that . did i do something wrong ? Tks alot
