I want to use input redirect on my n3ds and I don't want to install CFW on it
I have CFW on my o3ds but I cant use extended memory games with input redirect (Example:Smash, Mario Maker, SUMO, etc.)

It exists, but it seems that the github for it is down, and i don't think it will be back up anytime soon. Why wouldn't you want to install cfw though on your n3ds? You can make it undetectable nowadays and it's so easy to install the are practically no chances of bricking. Unless you're stupid enough to either close the console or not make a nand backup.

I still dont want cfw on my n3ds
I know its worth it but I dont want it
Mostly because one of the back screws is stripped

... Why would the screws have anything to do with it? It wouldn't stop a hardmodder with half a brain and i transfer all the files to my sd card wirelessly using the built in microsd management app. Whatever reason you have for not wanting cfw i could prove wrong.

Can you use it in 2.1.0? plus, you need to remove the sd in decrypt9 a few times

You have to put all of the files on the guide at once on the homebrew section. So I guess you can only do it if you have enough space on your SD card. The only reasons it tells you to do it is when you need to delete something.

True, but that's kinda complicated imo

Sorry, I accidentally clicked send on my phone. I completed my statement.

And it isn't complicated.

Just install Filezilla on your computer, then put in the info the 3ds tells you. Boom, you are connected to the 3ds on your computer. Just place the files according to what the guide says on each section (It tells you step-by-step), then after you are done, go on with the guide and skip the steps that tells you to put things on the SD card. If the guide tells you to backup something onto your computer, skip it. Then back it up after you finish the guide.

I still don't feel like installing it. Tell me the risks other than being dumb and closing the lid and I'll think about it

That is it. As long as your console is charged/charging and you don't close the lid or be stupid you can't brick. (I've done that guide ten times now perfectly)

Nope you keep all your games and saves.
Hey, That's pretty good

Whati s it?

If you haven't had issues with the card in the past, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

H2testw for windows, F3 for Linux, F3X for Mac.

Now that I look at it, I don't think H2testw fixes it if it is corrupted, I don't think the others do, either.

Just do it, the chances of bricking are less than 1%.
