It was a problem on my side, I accidentally put 2 plg files in the folder - then it shows this. I deleted one and only left cheat.plg now it works

I've never had it do that with more than one cheat.plg. I used to have 3 or 4 in my omega ruby folder.

I just copied the plg file that was named after the titleid and renamed it to cheat.plg, as i was not really sure if it has to have the name of the titleid or it has to be called cheat.plg but when you do that, it gives this network error and freezes the system. i only have cheat.plg now and it works fine.

i can confrim all those dragon quest cheats work! i just wanted 10 points into swords 999 skills doesnt save after u place your skills it goes away thats awesome

Do the items all go away if you equip a few and turn off the cheat/save and reload?

I'll be using this only to get money and increase exp rate so I don't have to waste time grinding. But it does exactly that. Nice work.

Monsters on the worldmap doesn't move, they are "froze".
