Don't know if you realize, but you don't have to dump then emulate the games.
With A9LH (which you have installed) you can also install .cia files on your 3DS and play them without a flashcart.
I'm just telling you all of this because you asked about Sky3DS and Gateway in your initial post.
If this information isn't relevant to you just ignore it :)

This is my version. You are likely using a out of date version.

CIA Builder -> SysNAND orig. to install onto a 3DS
SD File -> SD CXI Dumper (SysNAND) for emulation.

Decrypt9WIP. I don't know where the other one is.

I have that same menu on mine, but I don't see a content DUMPER option

I don't know what you did. Check that everything is correct (if the date is later that should be fine)

I can't find 'that' website. Can you send it to me in a private message? Unless that's not allowed either?

I did it! I was able to dump a few things, what about DSiWare? I couldn't dump those because I couldn't access their working files with Decrypt9. Is there a way?

I don't recall a way to dump dsi ware from NAND to a cia using decrypt9 or any other app. I don't think you can yet.
