-----------
EDIT- this thread is outdated. if you are coming in 2018 or later, please consider going to the 3ds.guide site, it has a fix for that. alternatively go to the nontendo homebrew channel on discord, they have a user help section.
-----------

so the console worked just fine, then suddenly it stopped working with ds carts (diamon and platinum). I dont remebmer from where I grabbed it, (either plailect guide or luma page) but I got all those CIAs- Home menu (all regions), NS.cia and o3ds AGB/TWL. I installed the home menu CIA of the right region and the NS.cia and then my console stucked with black screen, after waiting about 10 mins I shut it down (holding power button) and now it wont even boot... it shows some svcBreak screen

[\SPOILER]
the crash dump is included

of course the question, what should I do to fix my console?

Do you have a backup of the NAND? If the seed is the same as the newest one, you can just restore that backup and all saves, apps should still be there. Had the same problem before due to AGB(faulty installation) and had to restore the NAND myself.

ARM prefetch abort is an instruction prefetch. The processor takes the exception when it executes the instruction, or following. It means the program attempted to jump to a memory location that doesn't exist. It could be PC or R15 is set to an address that's invalid or prefetching an improperly aligned address.

I don't know anything about a9lh/nand code on 3DS so I have no solution for you.

What made you think that you had to be? Since Luma still loads you can load Decrypt9 and go from there. Nobody ever said you had to be on 2.1.
if I will do this, will my saves be there still? also I read that the tickets will be reset, but can I get them back by reinstalling all the games?

Flashing backups [as long as you haven't system formatted or ctrnand-transferred] won't remove any saves. The 9.2 ctrnand transfer guide has you backup things that you can restore after transferring

That guide covers all that. You won't lose anything if you follow it properly.

will the nnid still be on the console?
