So I downgraded to 2.1.0 and tried to open the "http://dukesrg..." and when I opened the link, the bottom screen glitched and I read up that I can just hit start on it, and I started panicking. I shut it down a second or two after pressing start and I rebooted it. It did load up to the Luma screen but it won't load into the system. I also enabled the options on the Luma menu and after that, I still can't load into the system. I had also checked to see if the OTP.bin was created inside the files9 folder but it had not.

Basically, I messed up and I don't know what to do now. What should I do?

When you turn the system on while holding down Select, does the Luma configuration appear?

Also, is this Old or New 3DS?

Yes, same too HourGlass9 and on 2DS. I am on Section II - Installing Arms9LH. I was thinking of continuing onto the next step of it since I did not bother reading it.

Luma is supposed to support booting to 2.x on Old3DS, but it doesn't matter if it's working or not. Since you can get to Hourglass9, you can continue with restoring the previous SysNAND.

It does say that in the next step which I had probably jumped to conclusions but since the guide updates almost every time, this is my first time doing this new guide since last Nov. 2016.
