I followed the guide and have everything fully working, but the 4GB card is way too small. I just upgraded to a 32 gig and transferred the entire SD card over. The CFW seems to have transferred, but I lost all of my icons. I can't seem to get into anything. How can I access FBI, Luma Updater etc again? Do I have to repeat the process all over again? The data is all there.

I did that. But all of my icons on the homescreen are gone. It's still on the card, but I can't select FBI, Luma3DS or anything. I'm guessing I have to reinject FBI through the Health and Safety or is there an easier way?

You used EmuNAND?

Have you installed an emunand ?
I'm honestly not entirely sure. I did the CFW last week and haven't really touched it since. I just followed the 3ds.guide, so whatever that said to do. But it's fine. I just repeated the last few steps. It seemed to have worked. Hopefully I didn't mess it up by not starting over on the new card.

Actually, guess I did mess something up. FBI started fine and I reinstalled my HBL and apps, but now CHMM2 gives me an error and NTR says firmware not supported. I'm confused. What do I have to do to make this work on a new SD card? I can boot into Luma3ds and Hourglass9 just fine.

for ntr you probably need the ntr-selector cia or whatever its called.

for chmm2 load up the stock themes; that'll reinit. theme data

That was it, NTR works again. I had the bin transferred, but needed to reinstall the cia for it to work. As for the themes, it fixed that error, but now says it can't open the file. I'll try completely reinstalling the program and the themes from scratch. Maybe that will help.

What Last few steps did you follow... I'm having the same problem but I can't get it resolved... I've moved all the files over from the stock 4gb micro sd and now I don't know what to do....
