It's a known bug, you must have a cartridge inserted in the slot.
@zoogie has just uploaded this version that may work for you though. It worked for me.

I get an error at this point, it says "No usable files found" - I can't install fbi. But I did put the .app files in the files9 folder... what did go wrong?

Copy the contents of this zip to the root of your microSD, excluding the arm9loaderhax.bin and just ignore the "error".

Why is mostly everywhere recommended to use SafeA9LHInstaller 2.0.3 instead of 2.6.7 which I can find here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/SafeA9LHInstaller/releases ?

That one was known to have some problems some time ago. After you finish the guide, you can use the newest version if you want.

Yup. Get both ".bin" and ".sha" in files9.

I put Firm100 from datainput from the guide but it says me that it's the wrong file! Where can i get that firm to uninstall A9lh ( because my SD is corrupted, so I want to backup just the Savedata and retry to install everything into a new one )?

Why do you want to uninstall a9lh if you just want to backup your saves? Launch FBI, TitleDB, JKSM and backup them.

No. What i want to do is uninstall a9lh, After that keep the savedata from Nintendo 3ds 's folder and JKSM and move them into a new SD, because this is corrupted and I cannot install any CIAs. So I can buy another SD card and install there A9lh and Luma3ds

Edit: With my NAND backup, I can remove A9lh restoring it and selecting the option to restore the NAND without keeping A9lh?

Luma's installed in the NAND chip inside your 3DS, not in your microSD. Just copy everything from your current microSD to your new one. One example of this is that your 3DS boots if you take off your microSD. To uninstall a9lh, follow this guide and try to uninstall a9lh after.

A9lh isn't installed on the sdcard - it's on the 3ds itself. It defaults loads a SD:/arm9loaderhax.bin file which is usually luma3ds

That's to uninstall a9lh. It's not installed to your microSD, it's installed to your 3DS internal storage, so you don't have to reinstall it every time you change microSDs.

Yes I have my new SD card.
At the moment I'm on Sys 11.2 and my saves is working, but I cannot install any CIAs because my SD card is corrupted. So I have to just move all my files into the new SD card without doing anything?

Also it is normal to boot without my SD card inserted into my N3DS?

If you really want to remove a9lh [for whatever unclear reason] then yes. Boot into decrypt9 backup your sysnand, downgrade to 9.2; uninstall a9lh, boot into decrypt9 restore your sysnand backup.

Edit @Kyoux yea. Just copy from 1 sdcard to the other. What happens with a9lh [which is on the 3ds not the sdcard] is that it looks for /arm9loaderhax.bin on the sdcard and if thats not there [with the latest version] it looks for it on the ctrnand [i.e. on the 3ds] you can copy the arm9loaderhax.bin into ctrnand with fbi.
