Hacking FBI Error Installing CIA

Hi Guys,
When I try to install a game, in this case an European game in a European N3DS, FBI give me back this error:
Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)


What can i have done wrong in A9lh + Luma3ds Installation and how can i resolve this?

Bad sd card or cia?!
Check the free space of your SD card, and be sure the cia is not corrupted.

How can I check if a CIA is corrupted or not?

Also If the SD is corrupted, how can I get back all my stuff? I mean get back with previous A9lh and Luma installation and maybe trying to re-install them?

Download it from a reliable source (eShop?).

Make a backup of your sd card now!
Else... just put the arm9loaderhax.bin of your CFW at the root of the card.
