You could retry updating a couple times if you haven't. I've had that issue updating on stock Sysnand 11.0 before.

then how did you land on 11.0? your nand backup should be 11.2?
i didnt backup my nand , coz no space left in my sdcard, so skip that step hehehe

Even then, he would've done a 9.2 ctrtransfer and updated, so he was supposed to be in 11.2.

He didn't make a NAND backup, so I assume he already followed that.

You might be screwed. The whole point of backing up your NAND was to restore it after applying A9LH. I'm just speculating here but if you're on N3DS it wasn't supposed to ever be on 2.0 or whatever, so updating may have caused an issue.

Backing up NAND is to retain what you had prior to following the guide. If you don't have one, ctrtransfer to 9.2 and update to 11.2. Regardless of what update he does, he should've ended in 11.2, not 11.1.

Wasn't sure but it's good to know it's not 100% necessary.

Would the steps in this guide work just as easily on a 9.2 Sysnand? We have 2 more 3DS's I'd like to set up A9LH on.

yep, i dunno that nand backup is really important.
and this is why @Hyoretsu need to do this

I tell them to press A two time: one to create a backup and the other to select the ctrtransfer file.

uhmm i already success install this cfw, but i got a question, now i on ver 11.0 -4u and i want to update my system to 11.2 but it always give me an error. Is there any way to troubleshoot it? thx b4 (i cant open eshop coz its always ask me to update the system)
Try this:
"This is a problem with your network and not the 3DS

Error Message: An Error Occurred. Unable to Update

Likely cause: The Nintendo 3DS system update has timed out or has been blocked by a firewall.

How to fix: Manually assign a DNS to the Nintendo 3DS or disable the firewall if necessary.

First - Manually assign your Nintendo 3DS system's DNS settings.

Assigning a DNS to your Nintendo 3DS will take a few steps to complete, but we are confident you can get there! We'll walk you through each one and you can always call us if you get stuck. Our number is below. Here we go...

From the Nintendo 3DS settings, select "Internet Settings," then "Connection Settings" and choose the connection file you currently use.

Choose "Change Settings."

Click the right arrow and select "DNS," then choose "No" under "Auto-Obtain DNS."

Select "Detailed Setup," then "Primary DNS" and enter: 008.008.008.008

Select "Secondary DNS" and enter: 008.008.004.004

Please note: These are public DNS's provided by Google and are subject to Google's Terms of Service. If you prefer to not use this service, doing an Internet search for "public DNS" will provide you with several other options you can use.

Save your settings, then select "Test" to begin a connection test.

Still not working? Access your router's settings and turn off the router's firewall*.

Typically you can disable your router's firewall to allow all traffic through. To locate this setting, consult the owner's manual for your router. Below are locations for the most popular routers:
D-Link: Found by selecting "Advanced," then "Firewall."
Netgear: Found by selecting "WAN Setup," then "SPI Firewall."
Linksys: Found in the "Security" settings.

*While Nintendo provides this information for our consumers' use, it is up to each consumer to determine what security needs they have for their own networks, and to decide how best to configure their network settings to meet those needs.

Still not working? Power cycle your modem and router.
Unplug both the modem and the router from the power outlet.
Wait a couple of minutes and plug the modem back in.
Wait a couple of minutes for the modem to initialize, then plug in the router.
Try again to download the update."

I tell them to press A two time: one to create a backup and the other to select the ctrtransfer file.
yes but they dont know the importance ...and you are not making an effort to let them know the importance ..

they dont know what they are doing , just pressing buttons like robots and we have a thread with 68 pages of same issues ..
