My Problem
If I press>> Start+X
(in Homebrew Launcher)
I should boot back to HomeMenu but my 2DS stuck after pressing it and I have to hold the Power Button and shut it down.

Can anyone help?
English and german answers are okay

You can't use return to home menu with Menuhax.

I habe a New problem mabe you know what to do

I did all like in this Video

But after deleting the files (last seconds oft Video) my 2ds wont Boot up

Never follow video tutorials. They might be unsafe and are almost always outdated. The only guide you should follow is http://3ds.guide
I'm gonna need some more details. Did arm9loaderhax install successfully? What happens when you power on the 3DS? Do you have arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of the SD?

I have the problem no longer the 2ds has not recognized the sd card but it now works now
