Homebrew Install any Cia on o3ds

Hello

I gota question, im noob about whole 3ds hacking stuff because i own my console only for about 2 weeks.

Okay, I own 2DS, running 11.2.0.35E

I installed soundhax, and there from homebrew launcher installed some legit cia games through modded FBI ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...i-install-cia-legit-on-11-2-o3ds-n3ds.455713/ )

So as much as i understand i can install only legit cia games, but why cant i install pokemon omega ruby and saphire, dbz butoden etc. Even though these are also legit

And one last question,how can i play non legit cia games like lets say inazuma, yugioh etc. I dont own any cartbridge game, dont know how to downgrade, dont know what is best cfw, luma or a9lh, and i dont know how to install cfw on my 2ds

To downgrade, install cfw, and install any .cia use this guide https://3ds.guide/
For safehax to have a major chance of working you need cartridge in the slot. It can be either a ds game or a 3ds game but you need a cart no way around that.

Luma3ds is a cfw. A9LH is just what you use to launch luma3ds (or any other cfw)

Because thats problen for me, because i dont have any kind of cartbridge for any type of ds, and i dont know anyone who has nintendo ds systems, you see..where i come (Croatia) only playstation is used as gaming system

Safehax has a small chance of working without a cartridge. (So I heard at least)
This issue is being worked on and should be fixed soon.

It doesn't matter if it's a legal backup. It's only legal(well in some places) if you own the physical game. I'd remove the second link if I were you.

Those aren't legit CIAs. A legit CIA means it's a PREINSTALLED game(such as ones in a bundle). You need A9LH+Luma3DS in order to install non-legit CIAs. For that follow the guide linked above.

You won't lose any of your games if you follow 3ds.guide
