Since you are on an O3DS you cannot remove the browser nag. You will need a cart-based entrypoint.

So u have a dummy browser, u will need a cart based entrypoint like_shebang said... sorry...

well , not sure how many time peeps need to tell you that there is NO WAY to do it if you cant do it via browserhax or menuhax. You will need to buy a cart.

Stop giving him shit directions. Update to 11.2, use Soundhax, then fasthax, then safehax to decrypt9.

You can update to 11.2 and do everything 9.2 could do. Just skip downgrading, update to 11.2, and follow https://3ds.guide/decrypt9-(homebrew-launcher)
MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE TO 11.2 WITH THIS, IT'S THE MOST TESTED VERSION

Just follow the guide. Once the system does it's update, click the link I sent and follow its instructions.

You have to downgrade to 2.1.0 with a CTRTransfer, which is the same exact thing you do on 9.2.0. Just follow the guide, you need to get that all set up for you to play pirated games.

Regardless on 3ds.guide it says from 9.0.0.

I think he should try it, considering the fact that safehax+fasthax is currently in beta and working better.
