Homebrew [Re-Release] Dark FBI Theme*

Actually a theme this time

To install, take PhoenixDarkTheme.zip and extract the "fbi" folder inside to the root of your 3ds' SD card. (would still like a dark 3d banner)
That's it!

Replace any "FF" after the first FF with 80 or just copy what's in the spoiler and paste it over the text in the "textcolor.cfg" file.

I felt like white text made it looks too bright. I really like how the black on black looks, because I personally can easily read it even on the lowest brightness setting.

I added it to the original .zip as well.

I never said it was black. :C I still would rather use it than the original FBI theme.

OP I discovered something
When i go to the titles sections the thing here is all white and I can't see game names etc
Fix this!
