And also,which files do i have to change to make the safehax pack compatible with the eur region?

@Hyoretsu I have found that deleting browser history and cookies in the 3DS Browser before loading the Load ARM11.BIN site can help negate the glitched screen. Kind of similar to what Sliderhax did.
