I am on 2.1 and accidentally deleted my nand backup, is there anything I can do to get it back?

So uh, after rebooting in step 19, would I just turn off my 3ds and pop out the sd card or do I just pop it out and place it back in? And should I copy and paste the otp.bin to my desktop

Yes, after 19 your system will turn off. Now plug in and take out a copy of otp.bin
Put it somewhere safe.

I didn't make the sysNand backup.
I try to open soundhax.
Doesn't work.
Stuck in 2.1, what's worst, the zoomed screen.

ok, after accidentally replacing my file9 folder with the one before I did the safehax it has only frozen when I enter the URL, not even glitch screen.

If you need a game then yes. I did mine with soundhax without a game in it.
