Homebrew Update 11.0 and Homebrew

I was wondering, if anyone can answer this. If this DSI ware can help run homebrew or downgrades, but is just a modified save data injected into the game, why isn't it possible to do it using a NDS cart now that fbi can inject save data too? Is still using nintendo ds assets to work, just one is downloaded and another is not.

Yep, but it's not so much testing. Btw, I'd use soundhax + fasthax + SafeHax. Primary stuff for everyone. XD

Nope, I hacked all my 3DS (One of each model) last year, so I don't have any console to test it right now.

I may buy a New 3DS XL next week to replace my n3dsxl (cz it seems to be broken...). If so, I'll test it.
