Hacking Safehax (11.1/2) downgrade without DSIWare

Just another warning, the arm9.bin that my zip'll contain is the Decrypt9WIP one. You'll have to change it to the SafeA9LHInstaller one after 2.1 downgrade.

make sure you rename the decrypt9.bin as arm9.bin an place it in the root of the sd

1. Copy Decrypt9WIP.bin from the Decrypt9WIP .zip to the root of your SD card and rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to arm9.bin
2. Copy waithax.3dsx to the /3ds/ folder on your SD card

You may want to note the region your stuff is for too; it'd be bad if it was U and someone with an E/J console just used it blindly.
